At SFA Eduhearts International School, we are committed to the responsibility to operate in a manner that protects health and safety in order to support the school’s growth and maintain its reputation. We seek feedback from students & their parents to gather new ideas for our school to implement and improve if it benefits the majority while implementing new initiatives to continuously improve and ensure that the quality is being delivered beyond expectation to result in an effective quality management system.

Our school teachers are carefully selected and evaluated to make sure that they are qualified to deliver the best learning that will enhance the knowledge of every student. All our teachers possessed commendable qualifications, adequate experience and are efficient to deliver the courses. To maintain this quality, all of our teachers are also are registered with Committee for Private Education (CPE).

The teachers are evaluated and assessed regularly to ensure that they follow accordingly to the syllabus and the requirement needed. Trainings and workshops are also provided for continuous learning and for them to be updated whenever there is a change in syllabus.

The curriculum follows Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus and the books used from various publishers are all approved by MOE. Our teachers are committed to deliver the learning outcomes to each and individual student via different methods and learning goals.

The school staffs attend workshop and training to continuously improve their knowledge, skills, and attitude on how to provide the top frontline services to everyone. The standard is being maintained by constant assessment on their performance and professionalism in their delivery of service. We aim to meet or exceed our customers’, staffs and interested parties’ expectations.

At SFA Eduhearts International School, we ensure that the students are provided with a conducive learning environment. We conduct regular inspections on all common facilities and will upgrade its facilities accordingly to the need of the students provide the best for the students.
