School Based Programme (Primary 6)

The SFA Eduhearts Primary Curriculum which is an integration with English Curriculum and Singapore based curriculum aims to develop student holistically through a better learning with a quality education for a better tomorrow by building strong foundation of the education.

SFAEIS students will undergo the process of learning with specific objectives through facilitating learning, acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, discussion, teaching, training and directed research. Through this, the student will be able to maximise to their greatest potential.

  • Mother Tongue (Hindi/ Tamil/ Malay/ Chinese)

Minimum Entry Requirements:

– Obtained at least a pass at Primary 5 in English and Mathematics
– Completed Primary 5
– Passed Internal Assessment

Aims of the course:

To prepare the students for a holistic developmental learning with a strong foundation in the curriculum so that the student will be able to excel in many ways as we believe “Every student can learn, just not on the same day or the same way.”

Teaching Method:

  • Textbook and workbooks from MOE / Past year examination paper series
  • Lecture notes/ concepts / worksheets (for revision/ practise)
  • Group Discussion/ Research/ Project Work
  • Workshops/ Tutorial / Online Learning Programme

Average Teacher Student Ratio:  1:20

School Academic Year: January – December

Commencement of Course: 5th January 2023 to 31st December 2023, with semestral breaks in June and late November to December (in accordance to local school calendar)

Duration of Course: 12 months

Class Frequency: 5 hours x 5 days

 Intake Period : Every Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday)
A student can enrol in SFAEIS anytime throughout the year. However, should the classes has already commenced, an acknowledgement form is required from the student to be agreeable in joining the stated class.
