With the implementation of the Private Education Act in December 2009, a Committee for Private Education (CPE) was set up to regulate the private education sector in Singapore. All Private Education Institutes (PEIs), including SFA Eduhearts International School (Singapore), are required to comply with the regulations under the Act in order to continue operations. SFA Eduhearts International School (Singapore) has obtained registration with CPE under the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) for duration of four years from 28th February 2021 to 27th February 2025
